The hotel was in a mall. The staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast has 3 different restaurants to choose from. The restaurant on the top level has views of Mt Fuji. The restaurant on the bottom fall has views of a large Japanese garden with waterfall which is part of the hotel. 3rd restaurant serves traditional Japanese food. Close to subway. Only 5 mins walk.

Huge hotel. Very clean. Everything you could possibly need for a base in Tokyo. Courteous and helpful staff and amazing restaurants on site.

Breakfast was exemplary. Staff made us feel at home. Small Garden Chappel and waterfall was so beautiful. Lot of options to eat in the same complex and across the street

The room was comfortable, breakfast ok. The staff were amazingly friendly, polite, and super helpful. The garden was nice to stroll around, too.

Room: a bit outdated. Bathroom: very old school Location: superb The property is amazing and I would highly recommend it however, I would definitely prefer if the bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was amazing too.

The room was clean and very spacious for a Tokyo city hotel. Amenities were ample in our room. View from our room was great. We left the curtains open overnight so we could wake up to the nice view. All the staff we met were polite and helpful. English newspaper was given every morning which is super rare these days. When we called housekeeping or room services, the requests were met within 5-10mins. Very impressed with the response time. The hotel location is very convenient with just 5mins walk to train stations that can pretty much get us everywhere we needed to.
