The location is great,very close to the metro station and Ueno station. There is a direct line from Narita Airport to the Ueno station,which is very convenient. The staff were very helpful. Small room in general,but typical for Tokyo.

Nothing fancy but a good practical choice at a good rate. I had read other reviews so new to expect the small space, and the slightly less-than-new appearance. Things worked fine. Really good having a laundry room available. I liked the area and it was very accessible to Asakusa, Ueno and Gina, among other places. We were happy.

We had a wonderful stay at MYSTAYS. Its proximity to the station was very convenient. We really appreciated having an oven and washbasin in the room, making it easy to heat our food. Overall, we were 100% satisfied with our experience. Thank you for storing our luggage during our trip to Fuji! We will be back 😃

The room was exactly as advertised. The location is convenient to the subway, the area is nice, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, heating works well and so does the internet.

I am really happy that I got the top floor room. The location was very convenient for metro and there was an excellent izakaya just opposite.
