Hotel is kept spotless. Location is quite good, with walking distance of JR Ueno rail station and the large Ueno Park. Quie a few cheap Japanese restaurantsand tiny isakayas around to try if you're looking for good food and a drink or two. There is a range of toiletry items available in the reception/foyer area.

The only good thing about this hotel was the female receptionist who assisted in sorting out all the issues we experienced once checked in. she spoke very good English and she assisted us with 2 room changes as the first two rooms had broken facilities and were filthy.
