The staff were too rule abiding. No lee way. Rooms were small and narrow. Being a major tourist attractor the menu should be more user-friendly..

Great location. Good facility with large size rooms, good decor and facility. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is convenient for Tokyo stay. Very close to Tokyo tower- 15 minutes walk. Good restaurants are nearby. The Tokyo suburban trains are available from close by train station. The breakfast has wide choice of menu.

Excellent location centrally located to cafes and restaurants and a few minutes walk away from the Tokyo Metro. Clean and comfortable rooms with an impressive variety of toiletries and amenities.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a fairly good size for Tokyo. The hotel is conveniently located near several stations, making it easy to get around. The staff was kind and helpful. The only downside was the restaurant—it’s too small to handle breakfast smoothly during busy periods and is frequently closed in the evening

Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable room and close to train stations. So if you are willing to travel then it is fine but I’d stay around Shinjuku or Shibuya next time as you end up paying almost the same for travel + stay and save some time as well. Breakfast was good as they had western and Japanese options and reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable so had a good nights sleep. They also provided nightwear for adults and kids.

The location is awesome!!! Makes it so easy to get around. Hotel is quiet and feels private. Room was comfortable and clean, bed and pillows a little on the harder side, but still slept well.

A very nice hotel in a great location, walking distance to lots of places, like Tokyo Tower, metro, monorail to Haneda airport, Ginza for restaurants and shopping. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful design and lots of amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The only thing that could be better is the cleanliness of the bathroom. It was somewhat hastily cleaned, with some dust and hairs in the bathtub.

First of all, the location of the hotel is super! Arrived from Narita Airport with Keisei Main Line that stops at Daimon station and from there it took only a few mins walk. The neighborhood of the hotel is so beautiful and calm, and there's plenty of things to see, to explore, restaurants, grocery stores, everything. Ginza is only about 20 minutes walk, Tokyo Tower as well. You can reach Haneda Airport via monorail that operates from Hamamatsucho station that is super close to Daimon station. The staff of the hotel is amazing and super helpful, everyone is kind. The room was enough for three people and we could easily manage the luggages in the room so there's plenty of room for everything. Compared to other hotels in Tokyo with the same price range and storage space, this is definitely unmissable. I would like to stay in this hotel again next time! Thank you for everything Hotel Mystays Premier!
