Hotel is very close to Disney Sea. It's a good alternative to staying at Disney hotels if proximity was the main consideration

The room was big enough for a family of 4 along with 4 bags. And still room to move around. It had 2 double beds and 1 single. Had a small fridge and kettle and cups. You can grab all the amenities you like from down stairs. Toothbrushes, shavers, face creams. They do a buffet breakfast for $1600 yen per person. We didn't have it so I can't nomment on the food. Location is great if visiting disney. You are about 25 minute walk from disneyland and 10 minutes walk to disneysea. There is a Lawson within a 5 minute walk to buy some quick snacks if you like. There is a big shopping centre near disneyland so maybe a 20 min walk. Has plenty of different places for food. There is a small supermarket as well. I would stay here again if visiting disney. All staff extremely friendly

Location was perfect for when we wrapped up Disneyland fireworks late and didn’t want to go back Asakusa. Plus points, made DisneySea the next day a breeze, especially with the shuttle service. Total lifesaver!

Was VERY close walking distance to Disneyland ans Disney Sea. Was also close enough to the train station for access to the rest of Tokyo for other days of exploring.

It’s the nearest hotel to Disneyland and DisneySea other than the Disneyland resorts so for the relative proximity the price is good. We all love the foot massage machine and took turns to use it after returning from Disneyland/Sea.

Love the location and price point. There’s a local bus that goes straight to Maihama Station if you don’t want to walk. The local bus also served us to and fro services using the suica card. It is walking distance too though to Disney Sea. So it’s a plus point for me and my family! We asked the hotel staff for help with luggage transfers as it was our first time. They gave us a guide on how to engage one. It’s a plus point for us to get to Shinjuku! We managed to catch the daily 8.30pm fireworks too!
