The staff speaks english enough to get by, and they have laundry room in 1st floor. We have all we need, including a steam iron for my wife's pants.

Staying in Tokyo during a busy period or a public holiday makes it hard to get a room at a decent price, but it was possible to get one here twice in a short period of time! The subway is at a walkable distance and the staff was helpful.
