The location is good in Ginza. The hotel has a 7-Eleven shop right next even with a direct door between them. There´s a Luup parking point at the hotel entrance and a food truck with different types of food depending on the day. you can check the schedule at the hotel elevators.

Extremly helpful staff! Everyday a fresh bottle of water. Location is perfect! its close to everything - its really in the centre of tokyo and if you love luxury then Ginza is the perfect place to stay. there's also a 7/11 in the hotel which we went to everyday - it's extremly convinient!

In Japan hotel rooms are always pretty small but somehow this one was the right size for me and very cosy. The staff was super kind and I liked the place plus ideal location close to everything. The price was correct I have to say as the hotel prices in Tokyo are really high. The plus me is that the zone was pretty calm and it was great! for So all good! Don't hesitate!

Very strategic location in Ginza. Near to convenience store, even direct access from the lobby back door. Near multiple train lines. Staff were friendly and helped us with clogged toilet.
