It's a Love Hotel so perhaps not for everyone, but for me it was great. Clean with nice personnel and multiple amenities, like food delivery (we didn't order anything), soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair band, comb etc. Nearby eateries, coffee shops and Otsuka station getting you straight to most attractive neighbourhoods. Would be happy to stay there again!

Its more like a love hotel, obviously they mentioned it adult only, but thought it different.. though it is adult only stay was okay.
