Amazing room with beautiful view of Tokyo skyline. The room was clean, comfortable spacious with kid. All the western amenities was there also

Loved the location. The bed we comfy and clean. Very modern and our room had a great view Lots of great shops and convenient stores on site so if you forget anything you can just pop downstairs.

Fantastic location, super modern with fantastic facilities. Two room services per day (including turn down). Multi level exits were helpful. Room we stayed in was very spacious.

The hotel had comfy accommodations in a great central location, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was impressive too—great food, and the waitstaff were really on top of things.

The location was awesome as it was right at the center of Shibuya near the crossing. The hotel is right in front of Don Quihote and Labi. Also right under the hotel there are 2 breakfast places so it is very convenient.
