Very close to Tamachi and Mita train and subway stations for getting around. Good sized room and very comfortable, firm beds, with lots of complimentary extras and nice touches. Used the washing machine facilities on 2nd floor and breakfast was quite good but plenty of eateries and metro food stores nearby as well. A fairly quiet business area full of industrious and hard working commuters. We were travelling with JR train passes which can be used on the nearby Monorail, connecting to Haneda airport. All good.

Great location, just a few minutes walk to Tamachi train station on the Yamamote line so easy to get everywhere. On a quiet safe street, very nice staff and clean rooms.

The hotel is relatively well maintained. Well located on a quite road. A laundry room with a machine and drier. A lounge area was provided for the guest too. The room size though a bit smaller but was acceptable. The room amenities provided was good.

Location is pretty close to Tamachi Station and it’s quiet. Room is clean and amenities is available in ground floor. Thanks for free coffee at level 2. Have a few nice ramen restaurants nearby.

The staff was incredibly nice, welcoming and helpful. I loved how they offered me a small gift upon arrival and I think the aminities they provided in the lobby such as shower caps and razors were great. Breakfast was good (coming from a picky eater). The hotel is only a short walk from the metro station and centrally located, which was great for exploring Tokyo. Overall had a very pleasant stay and really enjoyed the city.

Modern hotel with great facilities. We loved the guest lounge and the coffee provided. The hotel is in a quieter area which we liked, but if you like the hustle and bustle of Tokyo it's probably not for you. Easily connected to trains/metro lines. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. Good restaurants in the area too.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable, same for the pillows. The room itself was of course small as expected, but again surprisingly big enough to open two suitcases in the room without having to squeeze them in a strange position close to the entrance.

Room was quite spacious for a solo traveller despite having two big pieces of luggage. Felt quite safe staying in the ladies' room on a floor that required keycard access. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, and helped me out with receiving a package. Good proximity to train station and plenty of food options in the area, even at night. Quite easy to travel to or from Haneda airport as well. There were also free drinks (coffee/tea) available in the lounge for guests, which was nice.
