The room is small but cozy, mattress is good to sleep. Location is near to Ueno station as well as Inaricho subway.

The room is spacious in comparison to other hotels in Tokyo and they provide plenty of amenities both inside the room and by the front desk. The room was clean upon arrival and I had no concerns about my stay. Staff were helpful and friendly.
