Reservation is required for parking for vehicles that have a height over 2.1 metres.The outdoor pool is open from June 29, 2024 (Saturday) to September 30, 2024 (Monday). The room that we got has a view of Tokyo Sky Tree. There are many restaurants around the hotel.

There’s a lot to like about this hotel. The location of the hotel, which is not far from Toyocho station, makes travelling easy. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to Toyocho station at certain times in the morning, which is very helpful and convenient. The limousine bus from Haneda & Narita also send and pick up passengers from the hotel. This makes travelling to the airport hassle free especially when it’s time to depart with lots of luggage. The bus trip takes 30-45min. If you take the monorail, it may take up to an hour. There are lots of eateries/restaurants just next to the hotel. There’s even a Summit supermarket about 1-2min walk from the hotel. This is our first trip to Tokyo and I have heard a lot about very small hotel rooms in Tokyo, so I was expecting the worst. We were pleasantly surprised the room for 2 persons in this hotel were quite spacious. Our rooms were clean , modern looking & do not smell. The hotel also provides little things such as a spray to deodorise your shoes & socks, something I did not see in other hotels that I have stayed before in other countries. There is also 2 ice-cube making machine & microwave oven at level 5 ! The staff are friendly & some can speak/understand English quite well.

The location is superb. The facilities were also complete. There were a few bonus points. Firstly, the hotel provides a free shuttle bus to Tokyo Disney and back , which is very much helpful & appreciated as we were very tired when we left DisneySea. The limousine bus from Haneda airport also drops off passengers at the hotel. This makes this hotel ideal for tourists. My family stayed in Hotel East 21 before going to Fujisan. As the hotel was able to keep our luggage so that we check in again in Hotel East 21, we’ve decided to spend our Japan trip in Hotel East 21 ! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends & family members .

The magnificent view of the metropolis from true Edo. The Hotel is part of the Koto-Ku Municipal complex. Opposite the Mayoral Office it’s surrounded by interesting social infrastructure including a stadium. Details easily overlooked in passing. The hotel’s auditoriums are important cultural facilities for complex local ceremonial occasions. As a tourist these are treasured glimpses of a rarified sliver of Tokyo life.

Room was good, fab view of Sky Tree, beds good, lots of pillows and good duvet. Roo. Amenities and cleaning good. Water on room evey day and a mini fridge was excellent. Laundry option used and great service.

Beautiful art pieces at the lobby. Very good breakfast, with complete toiletries, coffee & tea in the room. Free shuttle service to train station but timings could be more frequent. Airport limousine service which makes it easier for us to get to the airport on our last day.

Support level from all staff to get things sorted out was amazing. Rooms were big enough and comfortable with an amazing view of Tokyo Tower. Bus Stop just few steps away and multiple restaurants around too including 24x7 Family Mart for basic stuff. Free transport to / from Hotel to Disneyland was an added advantage.
