Friendly and helpful staff, in a great part of Shibuya - very convenient for the train station and for wandering around the area. A nice room with lots of comforts, and very quiet. The staff were very helpful and did everything to make our stay run smoothly.

Great location however where it was situated we weren’t aware it’ll be next door to a club, it was very noisy and couldn’t sleep until closer to 4/5am. Room was very cramped but bathroom was great

The hotel location is great, with a lot of places around it to eat/have a drink, close to Shibuya area with all the shopping area around. Hotel staff super friendly and loads of included toiletries, free drinks at reception area.
