The hotel is located right next to metro, which is very convenient. The staff was always very helpful, we could also leave our luggage for a bit longer without any issue. The room was very clean, spacious. It was a very comfortable stay, definitely worth the price.

Location was very convenient, next to JR Otsuka on the Yamanote line and Otsukaekimae tram line. There was a Family Mart right next door.

Breakfast were vouchers at Denny's next door. Quality was good but limited variety over five days of my stay. Otherwise acceptable.

A really nice hotel, even if it says that is a love hotel. Nice and quiet area, we were on our honeymoon and enjoyed our time there. Many amanities, including a straightner. Good comunication with the reception even if they don’t really speak english. Cleaning every day, spatious rooms.

Location is great right next to Otsuka station, but it pretty quiet in the room even the hotel is right next to the station. Amount of space you get is great too!

Overall fantastic service. Latest facilities. Location was perfect for those who don't want to be in the direct hustle bustle and noise but the station was right in front and 1 stop to minimal stops away from key areas. So perfect for those who want some peace and quiet and space from the business of tourist areas. Would recommend

Friendly helpful staff, clean, and all amenities you could want. Plenty places to eat and 2 mins to jy line or 15 mins to metro. Don't be put off by adult only hotel,it's good accommodation
