Spacious room for Tokyo accommodation Friendly staff, water bottles complimentary. Spacious bathroom for Tokyo , in-room clothes dryer and washing machine very useful In-room microwave and fridge very handy. Also has stove top/utensils ( didn't end up utilising) Location- short walking distance to main station, on a quieter corner, few minutes walk to convenience stores.

Our 3 bed room for 4 people was nice, but none of the beds were queen size, so sleeping 2 people in a 120 cm bed was a challenge. In addition, the beds were very, very firm, much like sleeping on a wooden park bench. It could work if you like to sleep on your back, but it's extremely uncomfortable if you sleep on your side. If you are sensitive to firm beds, this is not the hotel for you. The room just fits 3 beds and not anything more. On the bright side, the room was quite new with a good bathroom, heating/cooling system, and a nice washing machine.
