Location is 10 mins walk from Ueno Station. It’s quite convenient. But won’t stay here again, because the shower room is stinky, having the smell from drains. And too many people sharing 2 shower rooms. The staff doesn’t provide you many information about the facilities, you have to figure out yourself. For example I need to get the wifi password from other travellers. Tower is not provided. With the same price, can have better options.

Good location, a few minutes to Ueno Station and Iriya. Comfortable bed and big enough for a 6 foot adult. I appreciated the employees' hospitality.

Location was amazing and super close to Ueno station- amazing if taking Shinkansen and not wanting to go through Tokyo. Staff were kind and facilities were mostly clean

The rooms and lounge were comfy and had essential services. The pantry/dining area was excellent and was a great place to meet fellow travellers. The staff spoke English and very helpful & kind. The hostel is very close to Ueno and other metro stations. Eateries/restaurants were closeby as well as other important konbinis. Highly recommended.
