Very nice and clean . Spacious bathroom and apartment compared to most you can find. Very central , 10 minute walk from the station , and 20 minutes walk from the 3D cat billboard and Godzilla roadyou have all the stores and ammenities downstairs . I highly recommend this stay if you want to stay in the Shinjuku area

Apartment was comfortable for a group of three. Wardrode was rather big, that was a great advantage for me, as I always travel with lots of clothes. Location is pretty good - not far from Shinjuku, but not so much noise around. Host answered questions pretty quickly and didn't have any issues with our incorrect garbage sorting.

Great location, close to restaurants and the train station. Had great facilities and very good kitchen. It was nice to have separate bedrooms rather than four beds in a communal room.

So close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, washing machine, family mart and fruit store close by. The staff was also very helpful, we were able to drop our luggages in the morning.
