In a quiet area just posted outside of busy touristy areas. More local area than touristy everyone was sooooo helpful. It was brilliant.

Hotel located near quiet neighborhood. About 7 to 8 mins from Nippori station. The staffs here are very friendly and helpful. One of the best that I ever met.

Everything was great, but the bathroom was very tiny. I traveled with my kid and husband, so for the of us, the room was abit tiny. However, every guest house in Japan is tiny, so i can’t fault them. Staff members were great, speaks English and mandarin, and they’re very helpful. My favorite part is how they have a common area where we can eat our meals and chill.

Amazing stay, most reviews said the staff were very helpful & friendly. Well they severely understated that, we were assisted by 2 ladies whom I regret to not learn their names and they are super kind and did 110% to make our stay as enjoyable as can be. Always on hand to sort out whatever troubles we had up till we stepped out of the lobby (well over our check out time since our flight was in the evening but they let us stay in the common lounge).

Peaceful location within an easy walk to Nippori station with great connections. The neighbourhood is quaint. The property itself is very neat and tidy with extremely helpful staff. The space is small but very well organised so doesn’t feel small.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole property was extremely clean and tidy. Great communal kitchen facilities. Was a nice quiet part of the city and would recommend the walk to Ueno past Nippori station. Excellent bakery nearby.

The location was great (a couple minutes' walk to Nippori and Nishi-Nippori), the staff was beyond helpful and the amenities were great, with the common kitchen. We'll be back!

The common areas are super cozy and the smoking area is super convenient! Location is ideal and staff are wonderful. Would stay there again!
