Like the other reviews have stated, the decor is a little outdated however the rooms were a decent size (for Tokyo) and great location for public transport. My husband and I caught the limousine bus direct from Narita airport to the hotel and back when leaving. Staff were friendly and helpful - overall we had a nice stay

Room comfortable for the size. Great views from window - specially at night / Lovely surrounds & gardens. No shuttle used - we used Henada Airport.

If you're looking for a bit of comfort, and excellent staff this is a good place. All of the staff spoke very good English, and the hotel is very luxurious. The gym had a wide variety of equipment, and plenty of it, so there was no waiting around

Pleasant and calm environment in Tokyo with a pretty garden. A little remote from public transportation. Spacious rooms, but a little outdated.
