The location of the hotel is great and right in the most fun part of Ginza. The hotel has a nightclub and music venue below it with free entry to hotel guests (noise wasnt an issue), there are other amenities like a spa and rooftop, the lobby and rooms were comfortable. Its only a short walk to the heart of Ginza, various stations and be sure to check out the resturants and boutiques under the Ginza train overpass.

everything was perfect. The staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. Especially, the gentleman at the front desk was very kind. The bathroom is very spacious.

Loved the terrace room, i saw comments about the train noise and was hesitant but honestly found it very soothing. The trains were finished by 10pm each night and started by 7am, there are no horns or whistles just a gently sound nothing to worry about at all. We were on floor 5 so never heard noise from nightclub. Location is excellent so many bars, restaurants at the doorstep. Close to 2 stations, beautiful decore and staff were lovely.

Good value, excellent location, comfortable rooms. When I stayed a year ago my only gripe was the limited choice of breakfast. But this has also changed to a buffet, so no complaints this time.
