The place is extremely conveniently located with a convenient store right next door and a 24-hour supermarket, while it's away from the noise and crowds of Shinjuku. It's so close to a mall that you may easily find restaurants in the nearby. The place is very well maintained. The room is spotless and utentils are new and clean. The check in and check out procedures are simple and the process is very smooth with clear instructions got from the hotel team.

It has everything you need, in a lot of ways better than a traditional hotel as it has more mod-cons, including an Onsen-style bathroom which double serves as an (incredibly effective) drying room, there’s a balcony, and the bed is very comfortable (main bed, we didn’t use the sofa beds). We stayed three nights and really have little to no complaints.

Great location. Anytime I requested information, it was provided very quickly and nothing was too much trouble. Love the fact that the bathroom also became a drying room for our washing

We loved everything about this property! The location was perfect with a FmailyMart right next door, a McDonalds 50m away, a grocery store 50m away and a train station right next door. The washer and dryer (bathroom) worked flawlessly and the kids loved the fold out beds. Everything had super easy English translations and luggage storage on either side of checking out. This is the best house I have ever stayed in whilst travelling
