The location was absolutely superb, away from other tourists but still only half hour to Shinjuku, Ueno, Akihabara The hotel also gave lots of little freebees - a universal charger, hair brush, tooth paste etc

Nice bed and bathroom, fridge, microwave, aircon, everything you need. Location is near yamanote line circular around Tokyo.

- Excellent location with easy access to both the TOEI Mita Line and JR Yamanote Line - can get anywhere in Tokyo in a very short amount of time. - Room has everything you typically find in a hotel room, with the addition of even a small stovetop. - Air condition is very powerful and even during hot days my room stayed very cool. - A hidden balcony that can be accessed via the window. - Price is really good for being a hotel in Tokyo - WiFi is extremely fast, about 500mbits. - Check-in staff was very friendly and spoke English

Lost count how many times I've stayed here, will definitely come back. They have improved the Wi-Fi! I'm really happy that they listened to the past reviews about their bad Wi-Fi connection before, and now the Wi-Fi is strong and fast. During my stay, I had to extend for another night because my flight changed and the staff assisted regarding the extension.

Almost everything was good, location, yamanote line nearby, many konbini or places where you can eat. Sugamo feel nice and safe.
