It’s very close to Higashi jujo and also not far from jujo station . And 7/11 store front of that which opens 24 hours

Staff were very friendly and helped with any queries. Close to two train stations. 7/11 across the street and some restaurants nearby. Had washing facilities.

I recently stayed at Flexstay Inn Higashijujo and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Higashijujo Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo’s attractions. Despite its proximity to the station, the area is quiet and peaceful, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. The rooms are compact, as expected in Tokyo, but well-designed with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the kitchenette, which allowed me to prepare simple meals. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected. What stood out most was the friendly and accommodating staff. They went out of their way to ensure my stay was pleasant, providing helpful tips and assisting with any requests. Flexstay Inn Higashijujo is perfect for budget-conscious travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. I’d definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo!

The price is the main advantage as it's the cheapest hotel I think we've ever stayed at. It's close to a train station (too close in fact) and a 10 min walk distance from another line, making it easy to join both the Eastern or Western parts of Tokyo. There's also a shopping alley near the 2nd train station with restaurants etc. Since it's not a touristic area, it's not overcrowded and cheaper. But it's not a dormitory area so there's life and it's quite nice to walk around! The staff is nice and the good point about our room was that the shower had a good water pressure and didn't take ages to get warm like it happens in some other hotels.
