We love the concept of the hotel. Its a small hotel with a coffee kiosk and we love this alot! Hotel is clean, room size is great considering average japan hotel room size, i love that theres separate bed on 2nd deck and a nice “living room”. I have no problem packing my luggage. Hotel room is clean, comes with a balcony. You can hear train passing by during the day and it did not affect us. My kids love the cosy room and love that they have their personal space on 2nd deck. Hotel is near to train station and has lots of marts and eatery nearby. It was a great stay!

Convenient location, close to Nishi Nippori station where you can take a direct train to Narita Airport. We loved the bunk bed, the beds were so comfy, and while the room was small we had everything we needed and it was designed so smartly. We would stay here again!

I like the location, very convenient to train station and convenience store. Although the hotel is beside the train station, soundproof of the room is good. Almost all the staff on duty are polite and helpful.

I loved this hotel! It was great comfy and the staff are so friendly, it’s close by the train stations, the rooms are lovely and clean and the neighbourhood is quiet which is fab! The kitchenette is brilliant we made our own breakfast and grabbed a hashbrown at 7/11. If you want out for breakfast look for the red logo cafe we had pancakes 3 days a week it was stunning xx

Really enjoyed our stay at FAV! The staff were lovely, close to the station making it easy to get around and coffee was amazing!! Rooms are small but typical for Tokyo. We had a room with double bunks which was fun for the kids too.
