Great location, accommodate a whole fam for a good price. Quiet area. The motels are not an issue at all (we had young kids).

Clean and spacious (by Tokyo standards). Close to the train station and vibrant restaurant district. Comfortable beds, and full list of amenities including washer, microwave, kettle and heating/ cooling. Wall mounted flat screen tv. Clean full accommodated bathroom and shower. Family mart right outside was very convenient.

Bigger space for a family of 4 compare to others in the area, has kitchen, microwave, washing machine, and bathroom with drying facilities. 10 minutes walk to JR Ikebukuro station (but might take longer if with baby stroller or walk at slower pace)
