Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Location is close to the Osaka station that we can easily commute to the downtown Tokyo area. We had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

English-speaking staff available. Very near train station, easy to go to Haneda Airport (half-an-hour car ride).

Fantastic location. It takes less than a five minute walk to Osaki station, which is part of the Yamanote Line. So you can get to places like Shibuya in 15 minutes. Rooms were clean and included AC, bathtub, TV, fridge and large bed. Staff was very friendly and it was also easy to communicate in English.

Overall an excellent stay mainly because of the excellent staff! Very friendly and efficient! Loved the location so close to train station & great shops. Plus the fitness centre below great too.
