There's multiple languages staff available to help you if you cannot speak or understand japanese. Easy to access to all the facilities in the hotel with clear instructions

I was able to change my room to their ladies room with extra facilities like hair curler and nano face mist machine at a small extra charges. Convenient location from shimbashi station but not for travellers bringing their big suitcases as the nearer few exits are staircases.

Position is very good (near transportations and in Ginza you will find tons of restaurants and shops) and rooms are tiny but super-organized. Everything is clean and ameneties are good. Great price for quality for Tokyo standard.

First, the location. It is conveniently close the subway and other public transportations. The staff is very friendly and try to help you in any way they can. Hotel has a laundry room which comes very handy if you are travelling light. Room was not very spacious but still we were satisfied even with a child staying with us. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tokyo as a tourist.

Great location, close to Ginza, the shopping quarter of Tokyo and to the subway with a lot of lines as options. Rooms are very good and it is nice to get a pyjama for the night. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped with booking a restaurant which was extremely helpful.

It was very close to the train station. Lots of restuarants & supermarkets in the area. Staff were friendly and speaks a good level of English. I like the room amenities, all at the reception, so you can grab what you needed. Coffee and tea making at the receptioin as well. I like that there were self laundry services (can use Suca card to pay, not only coins), ice dispenser machine.
