Location was great - near Roppongi subway station with many eateries around. Except the 2 nearest subway exits do not have elevators so it'd be a bit of a challenge if you have heavy luggages. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Got the double room which was surprisingly spacious for a hotel in Tokyo. Room was basic and had a dated design/ feel but it served its purpose - a clean bed to sleep in.

The location is perfect. So close to the train station, restaurants and cafe. Donki is a short 10min walk away. There are also drugstores at the junctions too. The showers are so good we looked forward to it at the end of the day. The staff were truly hospitable, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are not big but it lives up to its name and is very comfortable. Yes I would recommend and I will return.

Check in was very smooth. The staff was friendly and helpful. We even got a free gift (face cream). The lobby was quiet and relaxing and offered free drinks and books. The room was fine and clean enough. The bed was fairly comfy and I was surprised that we were able to get out request.

Decent location. Rooms were small but that was to be expected. Had to use the metro to get to shinjiku/shibuya but it wasnt an issue

The location was great, train station is only a few minutes walk away with most major areas being within 15-25 minute train trip away but being in Roppongi it was a lot more quiet which was nice after spending all day in busy tourist areas. Would recommend staying here

I was really surprised how big the room was I’ve stayed in much smaller rooms in other major capital cities. Highly recommend staying at the comfort inn :)
