Helpful staff who went above and beyond to make a good experience. Nice bonus amenities like free daily sweets and no-cost umbrella rental. Luggage storage was free and very helpful when our flight wasn't until 9 PM.

Located in a quiet area within the cbd. Not much happening here at night except for a few convenience stores and fast food restaurants.

Local maps were available at lobby and helped us a lot to travel around. The room was a bit smaller than expected.

Loved the location - 10 min walk into the heart of Akihabara. Staff were friendly and were able to hold our luggage after check out for the day with no worries. Only minor inconvenience was the aircon unit was quite loud at early hours of the morning and the bathroom had a ‘drain’ smell to it.
