Reception on 3rd floor arriving with three large suitcases was a nightmare. No facility for help with bags so self help. Rooms v small with bed against wall. Rooms clean, tidy and well cleaned each day.

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of all the Shinjuku attractions and a short walk to the metro. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the Citadines was fantastic—very central and easy to get around, which was especially important for me as I use a walker. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the Citadines to all my friends and family!

Coffee and ice machine were an essential everyday. The staff were super helpful getting us a package delivered. Nice lighting.
