Excellent facilities (closer to 4 star hotel facilities for the room) and location is great. 5-10mins walk from Ueno station. Room was very big (for Japan) and has a japanese living room section to it, in addition to the bed area. There are futons stored so the living room can also be turned into a sleeping area if required. The bed had functions for massages etc which was a pleasant surprise.

Location was near train station. The staff got the room ready early and let us check in earlier. There is a small lift so it's easy to get our luggage to the room.The hotel is quiet and cosy. Rooms are large and spacious, basic amenities provided.The tempur bed and pillows were really comfortable, and I had a really good sleep.

The room was comfortable and was in a good size. The apartment was in a good location, near supermarket and Ueno station. The facilities in the room were good. The shared kitchen was nice. The provided drink machine has green tea, tea, coffee and hot/cold water and we could get them for free all the time.

They got elevator! The room is nice and big enough for us to open two large languages completely. The location is really nice.

What an excellent small hotel. No reception, so check yourself in and whatnot. Spacious room, in a quiet area, 5 mins from Ueno and so cheap!

The location is fantastic and the directions made it easy to find. There is plenty nearby with restaurants and a Lawson on the corner. Just 5 minute walk to the station and plenty of shopping malls. The suite itself was small, but even though there were 6 of us, there was enough space to not feel cramped. The toilet and bathroom are separate and both had all the amenities needed. It suited us just fine and we enjoyed our stay.
