Two tiny UHL milks in the room, but a Nespresso machine. 1 English breakfast bag, It was a double room, I did tell reception and went to the cafe the second day and asked for some fresh milk to take to my room and they obliged. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, such tiny pots of Bircher muesli and yoghurt, a fruit salad would have been nice or some bananas but the French omelette they made made was very nice, not work $40 odd Aust though overall, but I just went as it was convenient. Overall I don’t think the hotel warranted the cost the one I stayed in Kobe where I had a bigger room with a view was a third of the price! I didn’t like Tokyo much, it was too big, too much traffic and I realised I am not a bit city person any more. I can’t want to get back to my quiet country town in NSW which lots of Fresh air. The pollution in big cities like this upsets my sinuses. I did visit some lovely gardens in other places which were not crowded and found the people very polite and I always felt safe walking around.

The focus of the hotel is probably on business people. However, we also felt very comfortable and safe as tourists. The rooms are a good size for Tokyo. If you don't want to leave the hotel, there is a large selection of restaurants in the hotel. The cigar lounge and breakfast deserves a special mention.

During my perfect stay at the Cerulean Tower Tokyu Hotel, I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. The executive lounge offered breathtaking views, including a sighting of Mt Fuji, enhancing the overall experience. The hotel’s prime location in Shibuya made it convenient to explore the vibrant city. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that combined comfort , luxury and stunning vistas

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel—wow! The rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, and the view from the 40th floor is simply breathtaking. The location is unbeatable, making it the perfect base for exploring Tokyo. The service was impeccable from start to finish, whether it was breakfast, concierge assistance, or getting a taxi. However, I especially want to recognize Kawasaki at the Cerulean Lounge—she is truly outstanding. Her kindness, attentiveness, and unwavering smile made my stay unforgettable. No request was ever too much for her, and she went above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. If I ever visit Tokyo again, this will undoubtedly be my hotel of choice. Thank you for an incredible experience!

Your typical “big” hotel. It’s nice but no wow factor, which for the price, in my opinion, wasn’t worth it for us. Great location and the limousine bus drops you right here from Narita airport - which was partly why we booked for this connivence as first time in Tokyo. Very much in the heart of the scramble action - which was great, yet rooms are very quiet, comfy and we had a good city view.. I’d say this is more for people wanting a more genetic “5 star” hotel, with facilities. If you want bespoke and chic - there’s way more to chose from.
