The rooms are very pretty and confortable, suited our needs. There is a big rooms downstairs for kids to run in which is not sophisticated but was well loved by the children. Located near the train to Narita. The family room with no bathtub has very little storage, book the one with the private onset (same price) if you can.

Fantastic location 2 mins walk either side of hotel to different subway lines. We stayed in the top floor apartment with a balcony a rare find in Tokyo. The room size was fantastic, so big had two double beds and a sofa bed with seating area too, very clean great amenities. Had a Don Quito opposite the hotel which was a great bonus so didn’t have to carry those heavy bags far. Had 7/11 and family marts literally outside loads of place to eat and shop all within walking distance. Great location for a group highly recommended.

Rooms were an ok size. Location very convenient. You're close to Ueno Park as well as restaurants and bars and shopping streets. Staff were amazingly helpful, polite and friendly.

The location was within walking distance of the train station. The room was on the 9th floor with nice floor-to-ceiling windows, and on the 2nd floor a washing machine, dryer, microwave and ice machine were available. At the entrance of the building, there was a family mart.

The room was a great size for a family, and to fit a cot beside the bed. Amazing location with a convenient store right outside. The staff are exceptional and provided so much care when my 1yr old was overheating from the tokyo summer.
