The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The breakfast was also a highlight — lots of variety and really good quality. However, the room for two felt a bit cramped, especially with luggage. Also, while some staff were very helpful and accommodating, others seemed to lack that friendly, welcoming attitude you’d expect. But overall a very good stay

Lovely buffet breakfast. A bit of a walk from the station but 10 minutes to the zoo and 20 minutes from asakasa.

Nice hotel, clean, staff spoke english well. fairly close to the train station (very close as the crow flies, but a bit longer to actually walk from the hotel to the station. Breakfast was great, with a decent variety of options

Close to station, there are supermarkets nearby and also good places to eat. The room felt ok and the beds were comfortable. Staff was courteous and met our expectations.

This is our second time staying at Candeo and we were pleasantly surprised to see the size of our room. It was so spacious and it was perfect for three people. We could fit all our luggage (and newly purchased ones included) and still there was so much room to move around. This was a huge step up from the past triple room we booked last June 2023 so we very much enjoyed our stay. The breakfast discount was also a welcome surprise since it was discounted if purchased a day in advance. Food selection remains good and enjoyable with a few new dishes added. We came back to Candeo because it's close to the Uguisudani JR station and it was very convenient going around our usual places like Ueno, Akihabara, Tokyo and Ginza. Will definitely go back again.

The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Hotel is near a station on Yamanote line so it was very convenient to get around. Staff was helpful and assisted with my needs.
