Great positioning near shinjuku station and a unique stay. The atmosphere they provide is comfortable with quiet music and some space where it feels okay to talk on the phone without feeling as though you're being bothersome is great. The facilities are fine - though narrow and busy at times - and it has the essential stuff you need. It may not be for everyone or a longer term accommodation (by our last and sixth night, we were pretty ready to move on), but it's great for the price you pay. Especially us, where we actually got a view ! Which was a lovely surprise - its nothing special, but still cool to watch traffic and people below

The place is very cool. You have an amazing view over Shinjuku. I found the bed quite comfortable.

I had wanted to visit Book and Bed for sometime and the look, feel and vibe of the place were everything I’d hoped PLUS a great coffee bar I hadn’t expected. Super friendly staff. I am looking forward to returning next year.

The area itself is beautiful with the pages hanging from the ceiling and books everywhere, I didn't get the time to sit and read/ enjoy it but it was still a cool atmosphere. Everyone was very quiet and mindful the whole time. The check in was super easy, I was able to drop my bag off early and by the time I checked in they had moved it to outside my bunk. The staff were all very lovely and took me on a little tour when I arrived to show me the facilities, rather than just explaining to me at the front desk. They had good bathroom facilities and plenty of mirrors to use, all very clean. It was a central/ easy to get to location, the train station is super close with a Family Mart literally down the same street.

In a pretty convenient spot and the book theming was really cool. All the staff I interacted with were really nice. The room was bigger than I expected. It was surprisingly quiet for the area.
