Love this hotel, great comfy stay if you're travelling to from Narita into Tokyo. The rooms are comfy and tif you want time out of your room you can be in the lobby.

The location was ideal ! So helpful when coming in late from narita. Lots of food around. Room was clean and tidy and all amenities were great.

Second time I stayed here. Excellent location close to Nippori station. Easy to reach from Narita airport with the skyliner. It's in a fun area to see things that are perhaps not as well known but definitely woth to see, but it's quieter then say Shinjuku. Good train options from the station to explore the city. Room was spacious.

Facilities were clean, washing machine and dryer was clean too. We stayed on 11th floor where the facilities room was (washing/dryer machine, vending machine & ice machine) so that was convenient. Room was clean. Having the 3rd bed was useful for our family of 4 (2 children). Reception staff was friendly and helpful, particularly when I wanted to do luggage transfer to Kyoto. They helped me fill out the necessary forms. Their help was greatly appreciated.

the location is excellent, the room was clean, all the staff at the hotel were friendly and eager to help. they quickly resolved an issue for us when our room felt too warm by providing a fan upon request.

Spectacular view from the Sky room. We woke up to an unexpected view of Mount Fuji as well as the stunning city views. Room service from the restaurant was fantastic!

The location is convenient if you need to catch a direct train to the airport. We have massive luggages and it is easy to gring it to the station. Food is everywhere and train can get you to other places really quick like sensoji temple, kappabashi kitchen street, akihabara and tokyo station.
