Walk past the 24 Times parking lot and continue along the road for 100 metres to the hotel.The hotel does not provide room cleaning during the guests' stay.This is an entirely non-smoking property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Very basic rooms that need decorating but seems to be on a theme of being run down, very comfortable beds but room is small so wouldn’t have wanted to be in it with more than 1 person

Location was fabulous! A stones throw from Shinjuku Station and the airport limousine bus stop. Shinjuku Gyoen National Gardens is a few minutes walk also. The rooms ARE tiny - the smallest we had in Japan - but we adjusted quickly (ie forced to be more organised). The bathrooms ARE tiny - think airplane toilet with a small bath/shower attached - but they are clean and functional. The bed is, I estimate, a double so not a lot of space in it for a couple, but doable. The price, location, decor and the quirkiness of this boutique hotel make it worthwhile. We even washed and dried our clothes at their coin operated laundry after days of travelling. There are a multitude of restaurants nearby and a 7 Eleven with ATM on the corner. We loved this unique little place - perfect for 1 traveller, or a couple prepared to be organised in the rooms to maximize the tiny space. Easy to find when arriving by Limousine Bus or train (just make sure you exit via the right gate as instructed by the hotel)

The location of this property is perfect! So close to Shinjuku Station and lots of places to see around in Shinjuku. But still is really quiet. So nice have an ensuite bathroom too. Cool funky lobby which we also enjoyed. We staying for six nights & found it perfect.

Very close to Shinjuku Station. On a quiet side street with everything you might need within a 5 minute walk. The room was a little bigger than I expected for a single room in Tokyo but it was fine. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. The hotel has a Boho vibe and is perfect if you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room. Very helpful at the front desk and the directions were spot on to find it easily. Great location for anyone wanting to be by Shnjusku Station.

Very close to Shinjuku station, location is convenient and on a quiet road. Staff was quick in responding to our messages and they store our bags both before check in and after check out.

We looked for a cheap room, close to the station. This worked out well. Rooms are very small, but we had a comfortable nights sleep. Receptionists was friendly & helpful.

Hotel had a Good vibes , Room size is tiny but it is not problem for us. Location is best for tour and hang out at near bars.
