Relatively good location, underground station nearby and a 20 min walk to Ueno station. Clean and functional rooms, well managed small space.

The room was very comfortable. Although small, I thought it was also very smart, and I didn't feel it was cluttered at any point. Great sound isolation, and location was ok. It was a bit of a walk from the main Ueno and Asakusa areas, but the neighbourhood was nice, with lots of options to eat or shop. Very close to Kappabashi Kitchen Street, which is perfect for anyone looking to buy japanese knifes or kitchen supply.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient for going to different places in Tokyo. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially when receiving a telephone call from Australia with information regarding my checkout date.

Check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a great location - very quiet, not far from the station and close to the subway. Despite the tiny size of the room it was very comfortable. The restaurant just outside the entrance was a highlight!

Very convenient location, and it's a walkable distance to Ueno station. This is my second time staying at this location and they always give me a nice view of the Tokyo Skytree which I really appreciate. Also the room was nice and clean and the staff is very friendly and it was very easy to check in.
