Even room was small, but was enough to relax after day of exploring. Was not silent and not noise too. Bath is small but enough. Location was okay. Trains station 1 min away.

Decent option. Average place to stay. The size was a bit larger than most Tokyo hotel rooms at this price point. Price was high, but an option if in a pinch. Location was close enough to Tokyo Station and Tsukiji. Room was moderately clean.

Staff were lovely, we were able to leave our luggage before and after checking in which was a great bonus! Lovely central location with transport, restaurants close by. Easy walk to Ginza shopping district which was fabulous!!!

Friendly staff, great location - ten minutes easy walk to Ginza or Tsukiji. Quite a few excellent restaurants nearby too. Rooms are small but great value. Arigato gosaimasu!

Nice hotel in a convenient (close to several metro lines) and quiet location. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and helpful. I also found it quite cheap for the overall quality.

Extra service provided to us is great. Our luggage was safe-kept for us while we went to Hokkaido. Staff was too kind to get us taxis. Value for money is great too. There are good restaurants around the area.

i liked the location , and the quiet i also liked its not a very crowded hotel- so calm in a busy area they gave me the 12th floor, so i could step outside my room and have a view, and some air the front desk was always so helpful- so customer service based professional and nice great view from my room and fantastic price easy , affordable and right thank you

Helpful reception that used a translator. Good communication. Breakfast was good; It's 1 sandwich, 1 drink/coffee, and greek yogurt - I personally didn't feel like it was worth $ 12 AUD.
