Please do not include stay with breakfast. They have very limited menu and no buffet. Stay was good. Room and facilities are nice.

The property is conveniently close to Tokyo Station and the Ginza line, and has numerous convenient stores located nearby. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and super helpful. The room sizes are shockingly small. Rooms are generally small in Tokyo but this was even smaller. Definitely the smallest rooms we've stayed in as a family. The property is ideal for solo business travelers.

This was my second stay at an APA hotel, and like the others, it was compact but very well appointed. The rooms are small—as expected in central Tokyo—but they have everything you need, and the space is used efficiently. While the price still feels a little high for the room, it is a value option comparative to other Tokyo hotels and is a solid choice for a one- or two-night stay, especially if you’re out and about most of the time. I always feel safe and comfortable staying here as a solo traveller, and I appreciate the consistency across the APA brand.

We stayed here for one night only, for a little rest before taking the shinkansen to Kyoto. The hotel was nice and the staff too! It's 15 minutes from Tokyo Station and there are some 7 eleven and family mart near. We'll definitely return, thank you!

The room and the bed were both extremely small. Also the rooms didn’t have individual temp control which made it too warm.

Everything is as expected and actually much better. I think the value for money is good and also the location is fantastic. Rooms were fine. I don’t know why people complain about how small they are. They are relatively small but I don’t see this as a problem - you don’t go to Tokyo to stay at the hotel - They also give a lot of goods specially for shower and hygiene something I truly value a lot. The bed is considerably comfortable.

Localization in a quiet street near subway station, good restaurants and walking distance to Tokyo Central Station - trains to Kioto and Osaka, network of metro lines, taxi stands, information and walking distance to Emperors Palace.

Honestly, for the price the hotel is amazing. The room is small but the location is very good and they give you so many amenities . You have everything you need very good staff very good hotel I recommended 100%.
