All toiletries except deodorant and cologne, are available. Lots of other amenities like free drinks, light food, massage chairs, and even sleepwear, are available. Bring ear plugs as the capsule style of dormitory does not lend itself as being soundproof. All in all, it was a great capsule experience and would recommend.

Reviewing on behalf of my son, he stayed in the hotel for 2 nights when he first arrived in Japan for his travel and working holiday. It was great to see him enjoying the hotel and he found everything great, especially the free food and drinks! He used the onsen and robes, he loved the whole experience.

- Toothbrushes, razors, shower stuff, earplugs, charger, pyjamas included so no need to bring anything - The included sento was nice - The 3rd floor's included curry for breakfast, coffee, and drinks were great for a start/end of the day - Excellent location literally 3 minutes away from Shinjuku station

Hotel is in a great location (can be seen from Shinjuku station if you take the correct exit) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The capsule is bigger than most capsule hotels and there are plenty of ports for phones and chargers etc. The curry for breakfast was very good (two choices), and the free rice and miso soup as well as free drinks in the evening are a great touch.

The location is perfect, you can't argue with free food and drinks + free alcohol every evening, the staff spoke great English and were super helpful, the massage chairs were fun, and overall you do get a lot for your money. Toothbrushes and earplugs etc Being able to walk home from the bars/clubs in Shinjuku is pretty amazing as well - Tokyo is pretty big.

Cleanliness and staff were exceptional. Always saw someone maintaining the space and no areas stayed "dirty" for an extended period of time. The staff were very helpful and respectful, always treating me and other guests with the best service. The facilities and free amenities offered definitely exceeded my expectations. The free food, free drinks/coffee, and free alcohol bar had so many more options than I had originally thought going into my stay. Not to mention the all the free hair care products, laundry detergent/softener, and toothbrushes, combs, and floss. Its a great option for men traveling solo or with other guys to maximize their savings but at the same time getting well over what they had paid for their stay! Overall would highly recommend Anshin Oyado Ekimaeten for any solo travelers in the Shinjuku area!
