The hotel is really nice, staff very polite and always happy to assist. Clean rooms and beautiful onsen. Free coffee. The bar/restaurant serves very nice food.

Loved our recent stay at &Here Tokyo Ueno. Room was spacious, clean and modern, which is not surprising given that it's just over a year old. Staff were super helpful at check in and the amenities bar was fantastic. Wish that we could afford another stay here on our return to Tokyo later in our trip.
