Staff is very helpful and friendly. Fluent English.the hostel is clean. I am a small person. So the bedroom is good for me.

It was in a very good location close to lots of restaurants and super close to the train station with both metro and jr lines. The facilities were super great and staff were lovely

Really nice staff and everything was clean. It's also very quiet and has a small kitchen so you can make/warm up a meal. Close to a train&metro station. The rooms are small but it's not a problem if you only come there to sleep. Would recommend and love to come again!

The hostel is in a quiet residential neighbourhood, very close to subway and train station which get you everywhere. It's easy to get to/from airport Narita. And you can even have a nice stroll to Asakusa. There are small food places like Ramen bars and convenience stores nearby. Everything is spotless clean, we had towels in the room, soap and shampoo in the shared bathrooms, there's a common kitchen area (you can even cook your own meals) and free coffee and tea. Staff is friendly and helpful if you need something. Rooms are exactly like in the pictures and description.

The hostel was extremely clean. The shower room was always organized and there were everything necessary for a shower, even though it was shared you had privacy. Also, the water pressure was great. The kitchen facilities were very helpful as well. The staff was polite and they spoke English well, which really helped. The location was excellent, really close to the station and local shops, very silent area as well.

The vibe was very nice and the place was clean. The shared showers and toilets were easy to access and clean. The staff were very nice and the kitchen & laundry facilities were handy.

for me, i think it has a good location, near minami-senju JR & metro station. and some restaurant near the station. i like this hotel. but you'd need to prepare the towels.

Great location and very clean considering it was a shared bathroom. Close to Minamisenju station- roughly 5 minute walk which was handy. AC was also good and bed was comfy. Friendly staff too

Easy to stay, and a surprisingly big room, although mostly taken up by the large bed leaving no space for luggage. The staff were nice and showed me where i could go for coin laundry. Shared bathroom and shower were always clean. They will hold luggage for a nominal fee.
