Location in Ginza was great and the room facilities were great. The take away brekkie was also an awesome touch.

The hotel provides a delicious breakfast. Rooms are clean and you can find all necessary things for a short stay. The hotel has a fantastic location The Gienza-stations are a short walk away. There is a direct train service to the airports and many attractions. .

The layout of the room, the bed linen, comfortable beds and the most friendliest staff made our stay very pleasant. The complimentary coffee & pastries daily was a bonus. Absolutely enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend this hotel. Location is in a prime spot, a few meters from the train station, supermarket across the road. Once again a huge mention of the staff, from the moment we walked into the hotel they made us feel so at home, welcoming smiles daily and always willing to assist. They were our first impression of Japan & really made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful hotel with lovely furniture and aesthetics. Located in the middle of bustling Ginza. A small room suitable for single or couple. Nice facilities and bathroom/toilet room. The breakfast was traditional Japanese bento, which was a great cultural experience. Complimentary pastries each morning were lovely too.

Perfect place in the middle of Ginza. Neat, clean and relatively spacious by Tokyo standards. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.
