Walking distance to Akihabara main street and Ueno plus near a subway station. More spacious than other places in Tokyo for the price. Convenient self check in and very responsive staff via message.

Near to major train stations. Just enough space for me to pack my items. Room rate matches with facilities given. Though small unit, all facilities are sufficient for me for my last day of the trip in Tokyo.

Big for Japanese standard and very clean. Room had everything we needed. Shower also had a decent pressure! And we liked that the toilet was separated from the shower.

Located very central in Akihabara. However, 3 people (as was advertised) would never have fit into our small apartment with 2 beds (or rather 1 bunk-bed). It was barely enough for two people, and I mean barely! Also air conditioning stopped each night and had to be turned back on manually. I guess the previous guests programmed it that way? No manual in english though. It's auto check in, so no staff is present at the location. But to be fair - they are very fast replying in the online-chat via booking.com , and were indeed very helpful and friendly that way. (It's possible that there is a reception with personell located somewhere around? But if so, we could not find it. So it's best to ask about that beforehand) All in all good price for being located so central. Just be aware that the rooms are VERY small and always book one bed per person - even if it let's you book for more people.

Clean tidy and well thought out small room that had everything we needed. Great to be in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to train stations and convenience stores. They let us put our bags in room early at 11am while they cleaned which was very courteous.

I liked the room, the beds were very comfortable and shower and toilet worked well. Can walk to many stations easily. Hotel replies quickly to messages

Spacious studio, compared to hotelrooms. Location was just a few minutes away from the shopping streets and Ueno park was about a 15 min walk. Convenient self check in.
