Hotel and facilities while a little tired were in immaculate order. It's definitely a relic from the Bubble of the 80s and 90s. byThe public bath on the second floor was a welcome surprise. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. The Japanese room we stayed in had a comfortable sitting room separate from the elegant nine mat tatami room. Bed linen fresh and crisp.

Rooms were refurbished, looks new and clean. The staff were also very attentive and responds to customer needs in time, and even remembers customer’s requests and brings it in front of customers at check in which is pretty impressive

Good hotel for low budget staying, nice public bath, location is a bit far from main Tokushima station. Near a lot of restaurants and great family owned yakiniku place. Hotel is old and definitely need renovation, but still conditions are good for 1-2 nights stay. Staff is great.

Everything was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. My view of the sunset from the 9th floor was breathtaking.
