The staff at the Maq Hotel was very friendly. The hotel is located in Tofino, it is modern, and it has a nice café, a pub, a restaurant, and a brewery and distillery shop :) We had a very nice dinner in their restaurant (they serve also Oysters even if we didnt have them). We chose a room with sea vew and it was very nice. The room was large,and with big windows. Parking is free and available near the hotel.

Bed was super comfy but the platform bed does not belong in such a small space, also I banged my shin two times on the corner of the bed, very painful.

The Hotel is close to the harbor, and a mall where you can buy many things. For cooling the fridge, you must collect ice, and there is no limit to the amount of ice you can collect. There is a free parking lot.
