Hotel Overview

This charming, 19th-century converted farmhouse is just a mile from junction 31 of the M1. It features real log fires, traditional British meals, and bright, elegant rooms.
Each room at The Red Lion includes a private bathroom and free Wi-Fi access. Rooms also include tea/coffee facilities, a hairdryer, and ironing facilities for guests.
With a traditional flagstone floor and historic oak beams, the restaurant serves British cuisine and lighter meals. Guests can enjoy real ales, speciality coffees, and a selection of wines in the cosy bar.

A lovely pub/hotel - the attention to detail was stunning. Everything was immaculate, clean, tidy. The staff were super friendly and genuinely wanted to do anything to make sure our stay was perfect.

The staff were amenable and pleasant. Helpful and friendly. The food was good and the bedroom comfortable. The WiFi not so good and very poor that it was emergency calls only.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very quiet, got a good sleep and rest. Breakfast was included and worth the price with a great choice, all cooked fresh to order with a small buffet for cereals and juice.
