Location excellent. Front desk excellent. Cleaning lady excellent. The room itself disappointing, very tired. Musty, moldy smelling room each time we entered. No complimentary drinking water bottles in the room, however when I asked for some the service was rapid. Overpriced considering the quality of the room, but it’s only 10mins from the airport and when you have an early international flight, that’s what you want.

We needed somewhere convenient to stay overnight between flights. Great location, efficient check in / check out process. And airport shuttle bus greatly appreciated.

The location being so close to the airport was incredibly convenient, and having a free shuttle definitely lessened my worries. My first night in Panama, I stayed in a different hotel, but I had a mishap with a taxi driver and managed to walk to Crowne Plaza - and the staff made me feel safe, 2 weeks before I even stayed.

Breakfast was spectacular, the buffet was fully equipped with everything you could dream of. The rooms were massive and very well equipped. Beds were super comfortable. I loved the pool.
