Very convenient even although it was up the hill. The staff were very griffon the moment we arrived. Room was clean and comfortable. Special thanks to Angela on reception. Special thanks to Natalie. She was extremely hard working, very very friendly and warm. Very helpful. Made our stay just perfect

We were upgraded to a lovely room which was a very pleasant surprise. It was a lovely room with great views, very spacious & we loved the coffee machine. Staff were great, friendly & very helpful & the breakfast was terrific.

The staff were attentive and always happy to help with anything we needed. The room was cleaned very well daily, with all items restocked. The team were inobtrusive, not cluttering the corridors with trollies and going quietly about their business. The food was lovely, cooked perfectly, and served promptly.

I was staying for work purposes, I had to be away before breakfast was served, I was pleased to be able to get a takeaway breakfast so I didn't have to go without, the takeaway breakfast was quite basic but better than going without, however on my second morning I was able to have a cooked breakfast which was good. I had two evening meals which I very much enjoyed.
